Order Process

When you place an order on Techrona, we handle everything from checkout to delivery. Orders are processed quickly so your new tech gets to you without delay.

Shipping Methods & Times

  • Shipping Options: We offer standard and express shipping across Pakistan. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. High-demand products or special sales may take a bit longer.
  • Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. Any fees are shown before you complete your order.

Shipping Locations

  • We deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan.
  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, let us know right away at support@techrona.store. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
