How Returns Work
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase from Techrona, you can request a return or exchange. We want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Starting a Return
- Contact us at support@techrona.store within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- We’ll reply with instructions for returning your product.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Certain items (like earphones or hygiene products) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We’ll provide shipping instructions and an address for your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us right away at support@techrona.store. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if needed.
